Booking an appointment
You can book your appointment by phone, via email, or Facebook Messenger. It is often possible to schedule an appointment on the same day and some of our doctors are also available during evening hours and at weekends.
Chaperone
Patients and healthcare professionals are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination or procedure where they feel one is required. Wherever possible please make this request at the time of booking your appointment, so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Whilst we will always do our best to provide a chaperone if requested, we might need to re-schedule your appointment for a time when a chaperone can be present. Presence of the chaperone was requested by patient. Patient will inform the reception in case of change of mind.
Payment
At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked to pay a deposit of £40 towards your consultation. It will then be deducted from your final fee.
Should you need to cancel your consultation please let us know at least 24 hours before otherwise your deposit will not be refunded. To cancel you consultation taking place on a Monday, please contact us not later than Saturday 7 p.m.
We offer several ways of settling your bill: debit and credit cards, bank transfer or cash.
